Hi! I'm Quiana DiFernando, owner and lead consultant of QDC Mental Health Provider Services. I have worked in the healthcare over 15 years providing administrative, business, and analytical support. I have worked behind the scenes at one of the largest managed care organizations in the country for several years gaining experience in credentialing, contracting, claims, provider data management, member enrollment, and more! I also have private practice experience having worked in local doctor's offices in my community including one of the largest hospital systems in the region.

I love taking on business support tasks that allow our clinical heroes to focus on caring for those who need it most. In recent years, I have used that experience to help mental health providers take the big step of starting their private practice and/or growing their existing practice. I am passionate about helping licensed clinicians provide critical mental health services to as many clients as possible by educating, implementing systems/tools for efficiency, and assisting with complex administrative tasks.
